When will my box come?
Your box will arrive in the month following the month you sign up. For example, if you sign up by the last day in May, your first box will come in June. We ship around the 18th of the month.
Why have two payments been recorded in Pay Pal but I still have no box?
You will see one payment when you join, and that payment is for your first box. Every 30 days another payment will be taken out, and each payment is for a box. Because we ship in the third week of the month, it is possible to have two payments recorded before you receive your first box.
Are all of your products Vegan or Gluten Free?
No, but many are. We do are best to incorporate vegan and gluten free products into our boxes but not all our customers are Vegan or Gluten Free.
What does animal conscious mean?
Selecting products that have not been tested on animals, verifying that the companies we feature have done enough research to ensure that their products don’t include ingredients obtained in an inhumane manner. Feel free to visit our Eco Emi Glossary for other terms we use for our featured products.
When will payments hit my account?
Your payments are taken out every 30 days, and when you join you will be charged $15.00 ($38 for international customers) immediately. For each payment you will receive a box. If you cancel after two payments you will get a total of two boxes from us.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to any country in the world! For only $38 per box, Eco Emi will ship a minimum of five samples to your door wrapped in chic packaging. We try to make the packaging as interesting as the product and focus on packaging that is reusable. You will have the luxury of trying out eco-friendly and all natural products in the comfort of your own home.

Do you have gift subscriptions?
If you want to give an Eco Emi monthly subscription as a gift, please visit our join today page and fill out the monthly subscription form. Towards the bottom, there is a section that asks if you wish to give the box as a gift. Please answer “yes,” and fill in the appropriate shipping address. After completion, one of our customer service representatives will get in touch with you as soon as possible to confirm your order.
Please keep in mind that if you wish to give the monthly subscription as a gift for only a certain amount of time, you will need to manually cancel the account.
Can I purchase an Eco Emi box I missed?
We rarely have any leftover boxes. However, if we happen to have some, we will make them available to our customers. So, feel free to email us to double check! A few times a year we feature Bonus Boxes which are boxes filled with leftover products from the months prior (usually 25-35 items). These go very fast! We announce everything on the Eco Emi Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and LinkedIn, but if you aren’t on these social media sites, no worries, the information will be on our featured items section as well.
What if I’m not satisfied with my box?
If you’re not satisfied in any way with the box that you have received, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 636-875-5240 within 30 days of the delivery date. We will be more than happy to help sort out any issues so that you can be completely satisfied.
I want to cancel my membership.
We are sorry to see you go, but we understand that things happen. To cancel your membership, please go to our unsubscribe page, fill out the form, and hit the submit button. A new tab will be opened where you will be directed to PayPal. Follow the directions that are given on the Eco Emi unsubscribe page to cancel your subscription.
I need to change my e-mail or shipping information. How can I do this?
Click contact to tell us your new information and it will be updated for your next Eco Emi shipment. You will receive a confirmation on the screen if all goes well.
We require that all address updates be submitted by the 1st of each month to ensure that you will receive your box. Eco Emi will not be able to guarantee package delivery for any changes made after the 1st. We want you to receive all the great products we have in store for you so please let us know about any changes by the first of the month!

I want my Products in an Eco Emi Box
If your business is interested in a product feature in one of our boxes click on feature your product at the bottom of the page. We require a sample of the product so we can personally try the product to ensure it fits with our goals of all natural, eco-friendly, free trade and animal conscious before we put it in our monthly box. Do you have gift certificates or discounts?
We do not offer gift certificates or discounts at this time. However, if you interested in buying an Eco Emi subscription as a gift for a friend or family member, just visit our join today page and fill out the monthly subscription form. After completion, you can download the “Special Gifts” printables and send it to that special someone letting them know about their wonderful gift!
